We offer a wide range of printing services focusing on Direct Mailers but our services include business cards, flyers, brochures, invitations, posters, banners, custom flags and so much more!

• EDDM® uses a more generic mailing route where the mail carrier delivers your postcard to every residence (and business upon request), which may or may not hit your targeted audience, depending on your intent. This generic mailing route however, makes EDDM® postcards cheaper to mail. 
• Bulk Mail targets a specific audience based on your mailing list, and has a more personal feel to it because it is specifically addressed to the recipient.
  You can request a farm list from a Title company.
  

Our Direct Mail service price includes Full-Service production: printing, USPS paperwork, presorting and bundling as required, our Indicia (postage permit) and delivering your mailers to our local post office (El Cajon) for shipping, mailing and distribution.

• Please note, EDDM® price does not include shipping to Receiving/Opening Postal Unit. We can provide estimated shipping costs by request.

• Our standard size for EDDM is 13x6.33". We can also do other sizes such as 8.5x11" or the second customer favorite is a 9.5x6.5"
• Our standard size for Bulk Mail is 11x5.66". We can also do other sizes such as 8.5x11" or the second customer favorite is a 9x6"

Our goal is for your mailer to be the biggest piece of mail in the recipient's mailbox.

Yes, the majority of samples on this site have been designed by us. 

Please provide us with as much information and details as possible about your project, a screenshot/photo of a design/layout sample is extremely helpful.

We charge $35 for Designing Services with a maximum of three changes after review. 

$35 Deposit required before we begin designing.

*If you print and mail with us, the design fee is waived and the $35 deposit will be applied towards your order.

**We reserve the rights to use any of the designs as samples on this website and as printed hard copies.

• Our standard for EDDM is 80# gloss cover 
• Our standard for Bulk Mail is 100# gloss cover 

We can offer heavier stock paper - up to 130# gloss cover. 

*Please note, our paper does not have UV Coating.

Absolutely! Just send it to us in pdf format (works best for our program) and we'll take the work out of mailing for you!

Please ensure your artwork is 300 DPI.

Your artwork/design should include the minimum space requirements needed to print our indicia and mailing addresses on your mail piece.

Two blank spaces or areas we can print over are required for Bulk Mail postcards:

• One for the address (a minimum of 3.5" wide x 1.2" high on the bottom right corner of the mailing panel)
• Another one for our indicia (1" x 1" in the top right corner)

*If you created your artwork/design on Canva, send us the Canva link and we will do what we need to do for you; to include downloading the correct CYMK pdf file.

For artwork/design, we accept a variety of file formats including PDF (works best), JPG, PNG, and more. 

To ensure quality printing, please send us high resolution CYMK formatted files.

For mailing lists, we accept Excel files and  Comma-Separated Values files (.xls, .xlsx, .csv).

We process & mail your jobs through our local USPS Business Mail Entry Unit using our mail permit. In order for Faithful Printing to mail your job, it must include our indicia on the artwork.

It's not necessary for you to add the indicia to your artwork. We will add our indicia to your artwork ourselves.

Absolutely! You can request a quote through our website or by contacting our customer service team by phone or email. Please provide us with as much information as possible about your project, such as the quantity, paper type, and finishing options.

Ordering EDDM® & Bulk Mail compliant postcards is easy - just send us an email.

• If you have your artwork ready to print, just email it to us and we'll take it from there! 
• If you need design help, send us an email with your vision (a sample helps) and we can collaborate to get you a postcard with everything needed to market your business.

We accept debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo & ACH payments. You will be able to pay directly through your invoice when you receive it by email. 

We also except checks, however, this will delay your project as we will have to wait for the bank to clear your check. 

You are also welcome to call us to provide your credit/debit card information over the phone. 

PLEASE NOTE: We must process payment before we send your project to print.

Have a Reason

How about a “Thank You for Your Business” or a “Get 10% off on Your Next Visit” postcard? Maybe an “Annual Checkup Reminder” or a “Check Out This House” real estate postcard? 

Essentially, the key is to have a purpose and a call to action. 

Simply introducing your business or what you do isn’t enough, you want to motivate those prospective customers to call you, see you or visit your website.

With these ideas in getting started with postcard marketing, have fun in creating your design!

• Stick to one main purpose for your Direct Mail postcard. Decide on your postcard’s central message and design every element to serve this purpose. 
•  Formulate a design strategy.  Your postcard needs to do more than look nice. The message should appeal to your target demographic and be readable in one glance. A call-to-action must be clear so the EDDM® postcards serve their purpose. Align the message such that it leads your recipient to the call-to-action. 
•  The simpler, the better.  You probably have a lot to say but a simple message comes out clearer. Focus on the purpose of your direct mail postcard. Otherwise, you distract customers with information that may get in the way of your end goal or call-to-action. Make sure everything on the postcard leads and helps the recipient toward the desired action. 

If artwork is approved and payment is received by 1:30pm (Pacific Time), we can get your finished postcards to the post office the same day; otherwise it will go out the next business day. 

Once the postcards are delivered to USPS, it is out of our control in regard to home delivery. 

Typically, EDDM postcards can be delivered to mailboxes within 1-3 business days.

Bulk Mail goes through a different distribution process and can be delivered to mailboxes in up to 7 business days.

Please note, during the holidays and political season, delivery may be delayed up to seven more days. (Political mailers take precedence over any other mail.)

PLEASE NOTE: Once we receive approval, we immediately send your order into production so errors must be caught before approval is given. 

A proof is submitted to you for your protection against inadvertent errors.

PROOF DISCLAIMER

By approving your design proof, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the proof disclaimer below and are responsible for any errors found after approval. 

• Before providing us with your approval for printing, please take time to carefully review all text and graphics for any errors, such as spelling, grammar, layout, and color.
• It is the Client’s responsibility to verify that all of the information on the proof is correct. Faithful Printing will not be held liable for errors found after the order has been approved by the Client.
• If an error/mistake is found after your order has been approved and printed, Client errors can be reprinted for an additional fee, if requested.
• All projects are limited to a maximum of 3 rounds of revisions and will be charged an additional $5 for each change beyond this.
